Established through the Lumami Resolution on 20 March 2026, the SAS Praxis and Policy Lab is envisioned as an innovative and inclusive centre for sustainable development, research, policy advocacy, and community empowerment in the North Eastern Region of India.

Professional consultancy for government bodies, NGOs, and corporate entities, with focus on MEL, data collection, impact reporting, research training, mentorship, academic writing, and professional communication.
Inclusive Workspace and Learning Centre
Flexible co-working spaces, dedicated desks for nomadic digital workers and researchers, town hall nights for public presentation of research findings, and research retreats for universities or corporate strategy teams.
Permaculture and Business Incubation
Dissemination of permaculture knowledge through practical demonstration, plus incubation support for young startups through shared workspaces, mentoring, training, expert networks, university research support, and financial institution linkages.
